From a single vineyard in the Gimblett Gravels which produces small crops with amazing concentration. Aged in French oak, aromas of plum, black pepper, violets are accompanied by a leather spiciness. Silky tannins, great intensity and a long finish.

This wine is ruby red in colour with youthful hints. It has aromas of white and black pepper, violets and plum and a subtle chocolate and leather spiciness. Leaning towards a Northern Rhône style, with plum, pepper and cinnamon characters and a smoked bacon note on the finish. A firm acid backbone, medium body and silky tannins give balance and structure.
