This wine domaine has been in the family for 10 generations. It now covers 59 hectares of vineyards planted primarily with the Sauvignon varietal. In the era of standardisation, they adopted an avant-garde approach by vinifying their wines separately according to their lieu-dits (individual parcels).

They chose to move away from modern vinification techniques to allow nature to craft their wines. They are committed to using growing methods that respect the soils, water, life forms and natural rhythms in the vineyards in order to produce authentic, living wines. All of their plots are situated on the steeply sloping hillsides surrounding the village of Sancerre. Greeny nose which evokes a lemon pastry, a little buttered. Full and generous mouth, with a very diffuse acidity and a soft and delicate matter.
