This wine is made up of 100% sauvignon blanc unoaked. Delicious flavours of gooseberry, well balanced zesty fruit, green apple and ripe melon, mixed with subtle herbaceous mineral notes. This Nelson Sauvignon Blanc is full of tropical fruits such as melon, mango and citrus notes. The palate has wonderful concentration with herbaceous notes followed by ripe fruits and mineral texture. The fruit is sourced from the northern part of the south island, from vineyards around Nelson District.
