This Malbec is a wine of elegant plum, blackberry and white pepper notes, with a long fruity finish. Grapes were hand harvested and left on skins for 15 days with daily pigeage and delestage. The wine was then aged in oak for 6 months. A great Malbec with intensity and character. An ideal accompaniment to grilled meats, roasted vegetables or pasta.
