This Chardonnay from Los Olivos is unfiltered giving the wine a different texture. Well balanced between fruit and oak. Not too buttery, but smooth. One can say “I can’t believe it’s not butter”. Additional flavours of pepper, minerals, Vanilla and toffee. This wine is best enjoyed ice cold.
