PRODUCTION The Albariño vines are planted in sandy / granite soils. After harvesting the grapes are fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, and the wine spends time on its lees before bottling.

TASTING NOTE Aromas of apple, lime and stone fruit. The palate has fresh peach fruit balanced by a lively citrusy tang - giving a crisp and dry finish.

FOOD MATCH Fish and seafood including smoked fish, or as an aperitif. Try with lightly spiced Indian dishes.
