Its name is derived from the French word meaning “To Sing”. This sweet carbonated sake drinks like a champagne. The color is a beautiful gold that sparkles as bubbles rise to the top.

Tasting Note: A playful straw-lemon in color, this sparkling sake shows lively notes of white peaches and honeysuckle that are underscored by hints of toasted almonds and minerality. On the palate, this sake is demi-sec with a perfect texture and zesty acidity that unfold over a lengthy finish.
