Traditional fermentation with a cold soak pre-fermentation maceration and a short fermentation of two weeks to extract mainly the fruit characters.  Beneath a bouquet of summer flowers, a rich red Malbec emits flavours of raspberry, blackcurrant and blackberry, held together by firm, defined tannins.
