The vinification is carried out by Auvigue, a family with an excellent reputation for white wines at the foot of the Roche de Solutré. In 1999 some villages were proclaimed Viré-Clessé among the Crus Bourguignons. They are distinguished by aromas of flowers (acacia) and fruit with a hint of muscatel, hazelnut, almond and this one, due to the age of the vines, offers a fat finish.
