Made from Pinot Grigio grapes grown in the Valle dei Laghi, a valley with a sub-Mediterranean climate and medium fertile, well-drained soils. The wine is matured in stainless steel tanks for 4 months before bottling. Lightly honeyed spicy nose with distinct floral, apple and citrus notes. Added complexity from white spice, honey and almond characters. On the palate it shows ripe fruit and lightly nutty flavours balanced by crisp, lemony acidity. Good weight and texture through to the finish. Excellent with seafood risottos, baked fish and cold white meats.
