100% organic Verdejo white wine, fermented and aged in new French oak barrels. It is an enigmatic wine that transports the essence of Verdejo, showing its area, its culture and its people. Appearance: Color intense straw yellow with green highlights. Clean, bright and very well presented. In nose: The use of 500l French oak barrels for fermentation and subsequent lees aging , defines the design of this wine, 100% Verdejo, where the variety is organoleptically very present, leading the freshness of the fruity aromas of white pome fruit (apple), citrus and tropical, herbaceous and balsamic notes (fennel). The fine oak decorates with delicacy and finesse the wine contributing spicy, balsamic aromas and a sweet pastry aromas. In mouth: Fresh , with good acidity, dense and oily tecture. Very nice finish with great length.
