Bright straw color with a greenish rim. Very complex and subtle on the nose, mineral character, displays notes of citrus, white flowers and ripe fruit (pineapple) fused with elegant toasty and spicy notes. On the palate its fruity character stands out in a broad, tasty and serious whole without losing the freshness provided by a balanced acidity, with a very long finish of bitter fruits and mineral and smoky aftertaste.
