TASTING NOTE
The two grape varieties find a satisfying balance between the touch of Pinot Grigio spice on the nose and the opulent mouthful of Sauvignon grass and lemon.
FOOD PAIRING
Makes an excellent aperitif, and goes very well with salads, delicate pasta dishes and white meat.
VINEYARDS
50% Pinot Grigio and 50% Sauvignon Blanc. The training system is Guyot. Planting density: 5000 vines/ha. Venezia Giulia, including the provinces of Gorizia, Pordenone, Trieste and Udine.
VINIFICATION
The harvest takes place at the beginning of September. Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon are fermented in steel tanks at a temperature that varies from 14° to 16° C. It ages in stainless steel vats until ready for bottling; an ageing period in the bottle follows.
