Wente have been incorporating sustainable vineyard practices across their winery – and beyond! They’ve even started converting kitchen waste from their on-site restaurants in to biofuel to power their vineyard machines. In addition, Wente take care to use natural methods to control mildew, as well as trialling natural herbicides and pesticides. This Chardonnay bursts with aromatics from citrus, lemon curd, pear and toasty oak. This wine is balanced by hints of vanilla and citrus on the palate, finishing with a nice acidity.
