VINEYARDS The 40 hectares estate is planted with highly specialised vines with vineyards lying between 300-500 metres above sea level. Soils are grey marl with loose sandy topsoil. The vines face south/southeast and are Guyot trained, planted at a density of 4,000 vines per hectare.

Vinification: The grapes were gently pressed, then cool fermented for two weeks in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks at 16 °C. Unoaked, the wine was bottled in the spring following the harvest.

Tasting Notes: This wine has an attractive lemon yellow colour. It is scented and delicate, with hints of lime zest on the nose and fruit with a lovely zip and verve on the palate alongside a mineral finish.
