Wonderful French aperitif. Lovely gentian bitterness, with angelica root. Herbaceous and slightly citrussy. Top it up with tonic for a perfect serve, or use it as the bitter component in a Negroni (together with a semi sweet vermouth like our Sacred English Amber Vermouth), for a delightful take on this most versatile cocktail.
