Made in collaboration with students of George Brown College, this Icewine is rich, luxurious, and flavourful. The nose of spiced poached pear, wildflower honey, magnolia, and lemon is alluring in a manner that is particular to Riesling Icewines. The nectar-like palate is supported by a backbone of tart, zesty acidity that provides structure for the wine’s opulence.
