PRODUCTION Grown in the Bridge Pa Triangle and Mangatahi sub-regions. The warm, even growing conditions of Bridge Pa contrast with cooler conditions at Mangatahi, which produce very different fruit, allowing us to create a wine with layers of flavour, complexity, and interest. Grapes are hand harvested and whole bunch pressed then fermented in French oak barriques. Following the primary and malolactic fermentations, the wine is left to mature on gross lees in barrel for approximately ten months.

TASTING NOTE The Estate Selection Chardonnay has ripe stone fruit and toasted oak aromas with concentrated nectarine, peach and citrus flavours on the palate. A subtle background of almonds and toast make up a wine which is sophisticated, rich and mouth filling.
