The cool vintage, which was not easy for the winemaker, has produced some great wines such as this elegant and fruity Chablis with its decadent scent of oyster shells and citrus fruits. The fine acidity in the taste carries the delicate nuances very long. A Chablis at its best, where the domaine takes advice from none other than the legendary Francois Raveneau."
