A fresh and ripe nose reflects notes of quinine, essence of pear, soft wood and just enough Chablis character to be persuasive. The rich yet restrained and well-detailed flavors possess an attractive mouthfeel along while concluding in a citrusy and agreeably dry finish. Once again, this delicious effort needs a bit more depth.
