The name Pasamonte is the name of the ravine where the vineyard is located and is close to the first Iberian cellars, excavated in the limestone rock c. VII A.D The zoning of varied soil composition within the plot allows us to make a balanced wine carrying out two harvests that achieves two very different wines. These complement each other in the final coupage thanks to the pure expression of the variety of grapefound in this limited boundary. The Garnacha Tintorera grape along is one of the unique varieties that has a red pulp inside. Tasting notes: A deep garnet colour with purple highlights. This wine exhibits pronounced aromatics of mature red fruit, floral notes, balsamics and spices. On the palate an abundant fruit character of red and black plums, glyceric tact, smooth tannins with acidity and sweetness in perfect harmony. A structured, well balanced wine with an involving finish.
