Founded in 1883, one of the oldest and largest distillery in Okinawa, Japan. The first Okinawan distillery to be certified for ISO 9001. 100% malted barley selected from best regions around the world, and matured in subtropical climate in Okinawa. All natural without coloring.

Technical Information: 12 years in American Oak ex-bourbon hogshead casks. Finished in first filled Oloroso Sherry casks around 12 months before bottling.

Tasting Note:

Nose  - Ripe citrus aroma, followed with sweet notes of dried apricot, jammy plum, nuts, and honey.

Palate  - Juicy fruits scent come straight on the palate, and gradually turns into mellow candied fruits, malt syrup, almonds, and toasty bread.

Finish -  Oak flavor lingering on the mouth. Hazelnut, walnut, cashew, and nutty flavors giving a wonderful finish to the lovely whisky.
