Product Details
Soil: The Terroir is composed of altered granite soils of the Northern Ardèche and sedimentary sandy loam soils from the north of the Drôme river.
Harvest: The harvest are principaly doing by hand and a other part of grapes are recolted with machine.
Vinification: La vinification est réalisée en cuve béton avec une régulation de la température pour préserver les arômes varietaux. La macération dure 3 semaines avec une extraction douce.
Ageing: 5-8 months on the fine lees in a stainless steel vat.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: ruby, moderate cherry red color
Nose: powerful, intense and fruity (notes of crushed raspberry, morello cherry, and blackcurrant).
Palate: clean on the entry, showing note of crunchy red fruit, elegant and fine grain tannin. A pleasurable wine with good freshness.
Recommended food pairing : Tajine of squash, butternuts with oriental spices and roasted almonds. Serving temperature :16-18°C. Ageing potential : 2-3 years.
