Vineyard
A big, wealthy village, Meursault starts a production basin of very fine white wines, occupying the southern part of the Côte de Beaune. Its vineyard is spread on slopes, between 230 and 360maltitude. The orientation is very favorable by its maximum sunshine. The abundance of white marl in a limestone environment indicates the predominance of white wine production, they are more compatible with the acclimatization of the Chardonnay grape variety.

Food pairings
This Meursault will matchl with the slightly elaborate dishes: crispy langoustines with saffron butter, marinated salmon with sweet spices, foie gras with gingerbread, fish tagine ... as well as cheeses such as Reblochon, Vacherin and Livarot.

A service between 12 and 14 ° C will allow a full aromatic expression.
