Product Details

Chapoutier Belleruche Blanc is a white wine from Côtes du Rhône in which the White Grenache predominates and is accompanied by Viogner, Roussanne, Clairette and Bourbolenc. It is produced by M. Chapoutier.

M. Chapoutier is a winery founded in 1808 in the Burgundy region. It was one of the first to introduce the practice of biodynamics in the area and is currently producing in some of the best wine regions in France.

The soils of the vineyards for Chapoutier Belleruche Blanc are of stony marl, clay and limestone. The harvested is performed mechanically at night so that the temperature of the grape is lower and to avoid oxidation of the must. It is fermented at low temperature and the final wine is aged on lees for 5 months in stainless steel tanks.

Chapoutier Belleruche Blanc is a somewhat creamy white wine with notes of stone fruit and floral memories.

Wine Varieties: Garnacha Blanca, Bourboulenc, Clairette, Roussanne, Viogner.
