This rosé is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault. The Grenache, for the most part, brings the aromas of wild red fruit and grapefruit. The Syrah gives liveliness, almost nervousness, as well as a nice spicy structure. Cinsault completes the aromatic palette with floral not es, giving a nice complexity to this wine.
