The star brew of Chouffe Brewery, La Chouffe, is a strong blond beer that was first brewed in 1982. This unfiltered beer is re-fermented in both the bottle and in barrels, and produces a pleasant fruity character with coriander spice and mild hop notes. The La Chouffe pours an intense golden-yellow colour with a creamy collar of froth, offering a playful mix of herbal and citrus fragrances.
