Jim Beam was founded in 1795 in Kentucky and has been made by the same family for seven generations. Bourbon history, much like the Jim Beam family bourbon dynasty, mirrors U.S. history. Jim Beam Black Triple Aged bourbon whiskey spends many years longer in American White Oak barrels than the original Jim Beam. The result is a full-bodied bourbon with an extra level of elegance and refinement that’s meant to be sipped and savoured. On the nose there is vanilla, caramel and cinnamon. The palate is very smooth, and a bit smokey from the charred oak.
