In the glass, this Riesling presents itself in a rich yellow with golden reflections. In the nose then a lot of yellow fruits and floral NOten. An incredibly grazieler and elegant wine which can also be served well with stewed and cheese.

 

There are different theories about the origin of the name Wisselbrunnen. On the one hand, the relationship with weasel or meadow is spoken, on the other hand, the name is founded in the Latin word "fistula", which means "the tube", and gives reference to the well located there. The Wisselbrunnen is located at an altitude of 100 meters above sea level and exposed to the south-southwest, which ensures optimal solar radiation. The light tertiary marl soils have a good water retention capacity, which allows the grapes to reach a high ripeness even in very dry years.
