Drostdy Hof Claret Select is a red blend of Tinta Barocca, Pinotage and Cabernet Sauvignon from the coastal region of South Africa. The wine has a well-balanced, medium body with soft tannins and rich berry flavours. The wine is matured for up to 12 months in oak vats resulting in delicious complexity.

This wine is best enjoyed with red meat and game, such as venison, and would also compliment mild cheeses.
