Laroche works with long term winegrowing partners in the region. Produced from a selection of different " climats " on the right and left bank of the river, this cuvée has the intensity and finesse expected of a Chablis Premier Cru. It is a blend of approximately 90% in stainless steel vats and 10% i n o ak barrels from 1 to 7 years old.
