Tasting Note: Luscious, mulberry-filled Cabernet Sauvignon from South Australia, the rich fruit leavened with mint, violet and blackcurrant leaf on the nose. Vineyard: This red wine is black, solid and quite structured, not oily but definitely gutsy. Vinification: The grapes used in this wine are mostly from very old bush vines, and underwent gentle crushing, traditional open tank fermentation, basket pressing and oak maturation prior to bottling.
