TASTING NOTES

Pale to medium ruby-purple colored, the 2015 Pinot Noir has pretty violet, red cherry and warm raspberry scents with a hint of cinnamon and dusty earth. Soft, elegant and medium-bodied, it gives lovely purity and a more understated expression.

The wine is very aromatic, displaying a powerful bouquet of classic Pinot Noir. Upon nosing the wine, a wide selection of flavours appear, from the lighter spectrum of rose, violet and ripe berry fruit trough to dark cherry with a hint of luscious plum. Structurally, the wine is seamless. The palate is concentrated and framed with rope silky tannins. Spicy oak and herbal notes attribute to the wines complexity.

Sweet and sticky pork ribs. Duck with cherries and red wine vinegar.
