Tasting notes: The brilliant color is a very intense gold, with copper highlights. The nose is rich, abundant, with candied yellow fruits (apricot, peach), honey, orangette, sweet spices. From the start, its mouth surprises with its great freshness, then with its tension. A beautiful ripe, candied, very dense substance then arrives, followed shortly after by tight tannins, but well coated with a smooth texture. Despite the richness, the finish is very dry, with a very chalky chew, with a return of candied fruits and spices.
