The grapes for this wine come from Paarl, where the warm, Mediterranean climate ensures perfect ripening of the chenin blanc. They come from Voor Paardeberg, on the border with Swartland, where you find beautiful soils, including weathered granite. By harvesting grapes from 25-year-old bush vines from unirrigated vineyards, a high quality is achieved, with lots of flavor aromas.
