d'Arenberg The Olive Grove Chardonnay - Modern Chardonnay: not overoaked or blowsy but crisp and balanced, fragrant with nectarine and green apple, roasted nuts and vanilla, creamy in the mouth and with a splash of seaspray on the finish. 

d'Arenberg The Footbolt Shiraz - A lifted, aromatic nose with luscious plum and red berry aromas. The palate is soft and cuddly and concludes with some firm tannin and acidity. There’s flavours of mulberry, pomegranate, dried herbs and earth, with a finish that is a little wild and rustic.

d'Arenberg The Stump Jump White - Very aromatic to start, lifted citrus blossom mix with white peaches and nectarines. Fresh and zesty on the palate, the oak lends support and gives a lovely creamy mouthfeel with texture and spice.

Cape Mentelle Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc - This wine exudes fresh green lime juice, white nectarine and Granny Smith apple skin, overlaid with crisp cucumber aromas with hints of fresh cut lemongrass, passionfruit and Meyer lemon peel. A subtle sea salt character persists over a seam of mineral wet granite to give a lifted freshness to this complex nose. The bright palate bursts forth with fresh citrus, tropical and floral notes of lime juice, grapefruit, green pawpaw, jasmine and fresh wild flowers. This wine has sinewy energy, displaying a fine line of acidity that carries the freshness and minerality to the end of the lithe palate. Lindeman's Cawarra Shiraz Cabernet - This wine is packed with classic Shiraz aromas of blackcurrant and pepper melded with cabernet spice. The palate is juicy with dark red berry fruit and textural oak.

Henschke "Tilly’s Vineyard" Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc - Pale straw with lime hues. The the tightly woven acidity will soften and the oak will meld with the ample ripe fruit to yield a fine, long living layered and meticulously structured wine.
