Grauer Burgunder is a hearty grape variety with a lot of power and fullness, which is supported in this wine with the maturation in oak barrels and is shown to its best advantage. A rich colour with golden reflections shine from the glass. Full-bodied, mineral, underpinned by light vanilla and pithy wood nuances. Fully ripe notes of apple and pear reveal this wine in the clearest way, with an elegant finish. The all-round talent with every dish.
