The colour resembles a dark and intence ruby. On the nose, aromas of black fruits (black cherry, blackcurrant and blueberry) and the palate, broad, powerful, with the freshness of red fruits. Delicate tannins and long finish.

The wine is aged between 16 and 18 months in French oak barrels, of which 60% are new, in a cellar at a temperature of 15 ° C. The wines are filled 3 times a week to avoid any contact between the wine and the air, the transfer is traditional using the method called "à l'esquive".
