Château Kirwan is a wine produced from the best plots, mainly gravelly but also clayey. The harvest and the double-sorting are done manually and the vinifications are carried out with respect on a plot basis. The oak barrels used for the 18 months of aging are renewed by half each year.

A beautiful intense and brilliant ruby color confirms the nose of red and black fruits, cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry. To this are added some aromas of spices, pink berries and vanilla. Tasting this wine delivers a great tactile impression on the palate, because the attack is smooth, the development smooth, the tannins barely perceptible, and the acidity perfectly balances this sensation of sweetness. The finish blends notes of ripe cherry, subtle roasting notes with always this impression of caressing the palate.
