Chardonnay is the only grape variety used in the whites of Mâcon. The vineyards of Saint Véran are planted predominantly  on stony, limestone soils. Fermentation and ageing take place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit and freshness as much as possible. A perfect accompaniment to seafood, salads and roast chicken.
