Grape variety: Chardonnay. Soil: Clay and Limestone. Site: Three plots of vineyards from selected "vignerons", ideally located in the heart of the village of Chassange Montrachet, close to the premier cru area. This wine is a pale gold colour with floral fragrances mixed with citrus fruit aromas. It is punchy and complex with vanilla notes and a long and focused finish. Pairs perfectly with grilled fish, white meat and strong cheese.
