Loose and slightly sandy soils provide freshness in the sparkling wine and a gentle structure. This results in not only fragrant and light, but also low-acid sparkling wines. Only perfect grapes are processed for our noble Pinot Noir sparkling wine. Pinot Noir Rosé Sekt brut presents itself in the glass with a beautiful, strong rosy color. On the nose, aromas of raspberries, strawberries as well as floral tones unfold. A slight yeasty note complements the rather fruity bouquet and creates a balance on the palate. The slight acidity in the finish provides freshness and encourages further drinking. Due to the long yeast storage on the bottle, the perlage of the Pinot Noir Rosé sparkling wine shows extra fine and the character of the Pinot Noir grape is reflected in a special way.
