Pink Gin & Raspberry Lemonade
30g raspberries
50ml Gin
200ml lemonade
Splash of limoncello
Step 1
Set a few raspberries aside to use a garnish. With the remainder,
gently muddle in the bottom of a glass then add a scoop of ice.
Step 2
Add the gin, lemonade and a dash of limoncello.
Step 3
Stir gently until chilled, then garnish with fresh raspberries and
serve.

Your best friend for cocktail making
Vodka is a fail-safe spirit for creating spring cocktails. With its
subtle flavour, vodka easily takes on the character of a drink,
letting your florals and fruit shine.
Blackberry Vodka Fizz
3-4 fresh blackberries
4-5 mint leaves
2 thin slices of fresh lime
15ml of sugar syrup
44ml vodka lime flavoured sparkling water
Step 1
In a tall glass, add blackberries, mint leaves, lime and sugar syrup
– save a slice of lime and blackberry for later. Stir and muddle.
Step 2
Add vodka and stir.
Step 3
Top with sparkling water and garnish with lime or blackberry.

20ml Campari
20ml Elderflower liqueur
20ml White port
Dry sparkling wine to top
Redcurrent/Orange peel to garnish
Step 1
In a highball glass, add Campari, Elderflower liqueur and white
port, and mix.
Step 2
Top with a couple of ice cubes, sparkling wine and stir. Garnish
with a sprig of redcurrent or twist of orange peel.
There’s no spring fiesta without tequila
Easily enjoyed on its own as a shot or for sipping, tequila is extremely
versatile and great for creating cocktails. Whether it’s margaritas, the
Mexican mule or a Bloody Maria – a spin on the Bloody Mary – tequila
is often the unsung hero of best-loved beverages.
Strawberry Paloma
60ml tequila
Juice of ½ a lime
2-3 strawberries
120-177ml grapefruit soda
pinch of sea salt
Step 1
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries with the lime juice.
Step 2
Add the tequila, a small pinch of sea salt and ice to fill three
quarters of the shaker. Shake until chilled, then strain into a
highball glass filled with ice.
Step 3
Top with chilled grapefruit soda and garnish with grapefruit,
strawberries, or lime.
