South Eastern Australia has a climate well-suited for growing grapes, with warm summer days and plenty of sunshine allowing full fruit flavours and sugar to develop.

APPEARANCE: Deep ruby/purple core with a bright crimson rim

NOSE: Intense, ripe raspberries and cherries with overtones of vanilla and spice

PALATE: Very good fruit intensity of raspberries and black cherries with well integrated vanilla oak influence. Soft round tannin and a good length

FOOD MATCH: Great with Italian inspired dishes.
