Juan Gil 18 months is the only wine Juan Gil collection, which is made entirely with grape Monastrell. In this case we speak of a Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah blend. It gives us the following notes: Intense cherry color with garnet rim and powerful aroma of black fruits, roasted and balsamic notes. Complex and well structured, smooth and mature, pleasant on the palate and very persistent, with roasted notes, cocoa and spices. Balanced and harmonious, flavorful and a long, elegant finish marked by the "sweetness" of a noble tannins ripe fruit showing its potential in the bottle. Ideal with rice with bushmeat and honeyed, stewed vegetables, mushrooms, game and poultry, casseroles, smoked, cured and blue cheese, grilled red meat and grill, roast lamb, pork, beef.
