It is a clear and pale straw in color, with aromas of yeast and faint olive brine. On the palate, it is bone dry, minerally with sligth oiliness, grapey acidity and hints of anchovy stuffed olives, lightly salted crisps and green apples. It has a very long after taste, which lingers with salty taste and grapy acidity.
