This lovely, soft red blend of Carignan and Grenache (with a tiny drop of Syrah!) comes from the small, family owned winery of Château Coupe-Roses. It is light on the nose and the palate - with a wild, herbal note, typical of Minervois. Soft, plummy notes give way to supple tannins, that make it a perfect match with grilled meats or tomato pastas.
