The Mouton Cadet Sauvignon Blanc by Baron Phillippe de Rothschild presents itself in the glass with a bright pale yellow with a delicate green shimmer. In the nose are immediately wonderful fruit aromas, which remind of gooseberry, grapefruit, white peach and quince. These aromas are accompanied by notes of freshly mown grass.On the palate, this pure-bodied Sauvignon Blanc from France is again very juicy and fruity. Again, nuances of grapefruit and citrus notes are noticeable. The taste of this wine, vinified in Bordeaux, is rounded off by an elegant minerality.
