Section 1 – Privacy Notice

This notice applies to the processing of your personal data by Inta Gulf FZCO (Dubai) and its subsidiary companies International Diplomatic Supplies Inc. (Miami) , International Diplomatic Supplies Ltd (UK) and I.D.S Europe BV (Brussels, Belgium, .in this notice collectively referred to as “Inta Gulf “ or “we”, “us,” and “our  in connection with the processing of data when you visit our website (the “Website” ) and/or the purchase of products offered at one of our online stores  in the United Kingdom, Dubai, Belgium or the United States.

Your personal data is important to us and there are a range of laws in place to safeguard it in the various regions where we have presence. We are committed to doing our part to protect your personal data and comply with those laws. Section 2 - Purpose and lawful basis for processing

This Privacy Notice sets out how we collect and process your personal data when you visit our Website as a visitor or customer placing an order for purchasing products online through  our Website. This principally relates to your use of our website, whether you are using them to sign up to our newsletter, purchase a product or service or otherwise.

This Privacy Notice is the final policy and overrides any previous policies.

Finally, our Website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

3.2  Privacy complaints procedure for residents in the U.K/E.U

You have the right to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office (“ICO”) if you think your data is being misused. The ICO is the UK’s supervisory authority for data protection issues (www.ico.org.uk).

You have the following rights:

Right of access: you have the right to be given certain information by us about how your data has been collected and used and to obtain a copy of your data from us.

Right to rectification: You can request that your data will be corrected or updated by us at any time. 

Right of erasure (the “right to be forgotten”): You can request that your data will be deleted entirely at any moment, subject to local legal requirements to retain certain data imposed on us by local authorities. 

Right to withdraw consent: If we have obtained your consent to process your personal data, you can withdraw your consent at any time.

Right to object: You can object to us processing your personal data where we claim we have a legitimate interest in processing your personal data and in that case based on the circumstances we will stop doing so unless we can demonstrate that our interests overrides your interests, rights and freedom. 

Right to object to marketing communication: You the have the right to object at any time to processing of your personal data for marketing purposes. A checkbox is given you the possibility at our website, to opt out from any email marketing communication. 

Right of portability: You can request a transfer of your data to another organization if that organization use a compatible format to receive that data. If not, we return the data to you upon your request,

Change of purpose

We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. Informing us of changes to your data

It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. As such you can use your ‘My Account’ page to amend details which we hold about you.

Section 5 Data storage and Data retention

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you. This can be broken down into the following categories:

Identity Data includes your name, username or similar identifier, title and date of birth.  

Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, postcode, email address and telephone numbers.

Financial Data includes bank account and payment card details.

Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us.

Profile Data includes your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences and feedback. 

Technical Data includes the internet protocol (IP) address of your device, details of the cookies on your device, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access our Website.

Usage Data includes information about how you use our website. 

Communications Data includes your communication preferences.

We also collect, use and share “Aggregated Data”. Aggregated Data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law if this data does not reveal your identity and is irreversible. For example, we may aggregate the individuals visiting our Website to calculate the percentage of those users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

We do not collect any “Special Category Data” about you. Special Category Data includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership and information about your health, genetic or biometric data. Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

We only keep your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected and continue to process it, and to satisfy any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

If you fail to provide personal data

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with our products or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product delivery or service you have with us (but we will notify you if this is the case at the time).

These third parties do not use or have access to your personal data for any purpose other than cloud storage and retrieval. On occasion, we engage third parties to respond to any queries raised by you or to establish business communications, including marketing communications, to prospective customers.

We share your personal data with service providers, which, depending on your relationship with us, may include but is not limited to cloud service providers, payment service providers, freight agencies and administration support providers. Personal data shared with these service providers is for business purposes only.

We have sales offices and operations in a number of international locations (U.K, Dubai ,Belgium and the U.S )and we share information between our group companies for business and administrative purposes.

Where required or permitted by law, information may be provided to others, such as, but not limited to regulators and enforceable government directives.

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data :
