This notice applies to the processing of your personal data by Inta Gulf FZCO (Dubai) and its subsidiary companies International Diplomatic Supplies Inc. (Miami) and International Diplomatic Supplies Ltd (UK). In this notice collectively referred to as “Inta Gulf “ or "we", "us", and "our" in connection with the processing of data when you visit our website (the “Website”) and/or the purchase of products offered at one of our online stores in the United Kingdom, Dubai or the United States.

Section 2 - Purpose and lawful basis for processing
This Privacy Notice sets out how we collect and process your personal data when you visit our Website as a visitor or customer placing an order for purchasing products online through our Website. 3.2 Privacy complaints procedure for residents in the U.K/E.U

Right to object to marketing communication: You the have the right to object at any time to processing of your personal data for marketing purposes. A checkbox is given you the possibility at our website, to opt out from any email marketing communication.
Right of portability: You can request a transfer of your data to another organization if that organization use a compatible format to receive that data. If not, we return the data to you upon your request,

Section 5 Data storage and Data retention
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you. This can be broken down into the following categories:
Identity Data includes your name, username or similar identifier, title and date of birth.
Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, postcode, email address and telephone numbers.
Financial Data includes bank account and payment card details.

Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

If you fail to provide personal data
