Sepp Moser Grüner Veltliner Organic - Floral and spicy aromas with dried apricot and honeyed peach characters. The palate is opulent and textural with vivid white spice, dried mango and exotic fruit notes, leading to poised and balanced citrus acidity on the finish. Grapes are grown according to biodynamic principles with only natural treatments used and yields kept low to give concentrated and healthy grapes.

Sepp Moser Zweigelt Organic - Fruity and perfumed nose showing blackberries, white pepper and spice. Bright sappy palate with fresh acidity, crunchy redcurrant and raspberry fruit, and layers of spice, liquorice and herbs. Organically produced and hand harvested.

Etna Bianco, Fondo Filara, Organic - Pronounced and complex nose with savoury, nutty aromas and hints of fennel and white spice. Ripe and textured with lightly honeyed stone fruit, balanced by minerality and sappy acidity. The blend is 60% Carricante & 40% Catarratto. Organically-farmed Contrada Monte Gorna vineyard, at an altitude of around 700m.

Etna Rosso, Fondo Filara , Organic - Native Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio organically grown grapes from the Monte Gorna, on the high-elevation volcanic slopes of Mount Etna. Warm, complex, savoury nose with aromas of wild raspberry, leather, toasted nuts and dried petals. Delicate yet richly flavoured on the palate, rounded and silky with pure red berry fruit. Notes of brown spice, and liquorice and refined tannins lead to a long balsamic finish balanced by fresh acidity.
